Ancho Chile: 61% Bittersweet chocolate with carmelized Ancho chiles, apple-smoked Maine sea salt and roasted pecans. Lavender: 61 % Bittersweet chocolate, organic Maine-grown lavender blossoms, vanilla-infused sugar and a squiggle of white chocolate.
